Job summary

Beusa Energy Group in The Woodlands, TX seeks an experienced Calibration Technician to manage our calibration program and the Digital QMS. You will own the calibration register for critical instruments used in power and gas conditioning equipment, ensuring accuracy and traceability across all devices.

You will coordinate internal and external calibrations, review certificates, and support audits while maintaining well-documented records and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical diploma preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of calibration/ metrology/ maintenance experience.
• Experience with digital QMS platforms or asset management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the calibration register in Digital QMS; ensure traceability.
• Registers new measurement equipment used in operations.
• Schedules calibration activities with in-house and external providers.
• Reviews calibration certificates for compliance and accuracy.
• Uploads and links calibrations to device records in the QMS.
• Generates calibration reports and metrics for leadership.
• Supports internal/external audits with calibration records.
