Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience with 2-D and 3-D drawings in drafting/CAD
• 2+ years of customer service in a manufacturing/industrial environment
• Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks; familiarity with Alibre Design
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update drawing revisions for work orders and production builds.
• Collaborate with engineering to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies.
• Create and maintain MMD system manuals and CAD drawings; ensure CAD drawings are accurate.
• Compile final documentation packages (manuals, BOMs) for the system and configuration.
• Perform 2-D drafting and 3-D modeling using CAD tools to update drawings.
• Update labels, specifications, and part references on drawings for accuracy.
• Maintain organized CAD files and revision history.
• Handle customer inquiries by phone; route to appropriate department and provide basic troubleshooting.
• Complete service intake forms with customer info and machine/serial numbers.
• Enter and update service data in the database; support timely resolution of requests.
• Ensure new system information is entered prior to shipment and updated as changes occur.
