Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 7+ years experience in architecture/construction.
• Licensed Architect preferred (California license a plus).
• Willingness to travel to Fresno, Mammoth, and the bay area; onsite presence required.
• Experience with California DSA projects and code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support bidding and construction administration from contract award through closeout.
• Respond to RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change documentation.
• Prepare and review meeting minutes, field reports, and change orders.
• Conduct field observations and document non-compliance or defects.
• Coordinate documents with consultants and contractors; ensure design intent.
