Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive business experience in manufacturing, engineering, capital equipment, or technical sales.
• Experience selling complex or technical products and solutions.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive profitable sales growth.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
• Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Manage and advance a robust sales pipeline with prioritized opportunities.
• Partner with engineering and project teams to develop customized technical solutions.
• Lead customer discussions, proposals, contracts, and sales closing activities.
• Represent the voice of the customer with market trends and competitive intelligence.
• Present at customer sites, industry conferences, and networking events.
• Remain engaged throughout project execution to ensure customer satisfaction.
