BXP, Inc. seeks an experienced Building Engineer/Maintenance Technician to sustain and optimize building systems across assigned properties. You will oversee day-to-day operations, perform repairs, coordinate with contractors and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

The role requires 4–6 years of hands-on experience in commercial office buildings, knowledge of OSHA/NEC/NFC codes, and the ability to work on-call hours. Flexibility for varying shifts and locations is expected.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 4–6 years as Maintenance Technician/Building Engineer or equivalent.
• HVAC and related technology certifications preferred.
• OSHA/NEC/NFC knowledge and codes familiarity.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain building and site systems including HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing and fire protection.
• Plan, perform and supervise installation, repair and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with engineers, vendors and contractors; review work and prep deficiency lists.
• Maintain logs, reports and records of activities; follow on-site procedures.
• Provide technical support to Lead/Chief Engineer and train junior staff.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and maintain client relations.
