Omninet Capital LLC seeks a Building Engineer to maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring safe, reliable building operations. You will implement site safety plans and uphold engineering standards while supporting ongoing energy efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities include inspections, diagnostics, and coordinating with engineers and technicians. A strong background in building operations and CMMS usage is preferred, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certs a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of building safety, codes, and regulatory standards.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Respond to emergencies and urgent repairs.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to achieve operational excellence.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Assist in planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules.
