Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a Building Engineer or equivalent.
• Comprehensive training in HVAC and Operating Engineering Technologies.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate work efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and ensure the efficient operation of all building systems.
• Provide exemplary customer service to tenants.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and perform necessary repairs.
