SSH Facilities is seeking a skilled Building Engineer to join our team in the Mid-Atlantic region. This role focuses on completing work orders, performing preventive maintenance, and managing on-demand maintenance tasks for commercial properties.

The successful candidate will have at least four years of experience in commercial building maintenance, basic hand tools, and a customer-focused attitude. You will work on-site and collaborate with contractors on larger projects, with on-call emergency

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in commercial building maintenance.
• Must have a set of basic hand tools.
• Strong work ethic, dependable, customer service focus.
• Clean driving record, pass a drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Successfully complete work orders within stated time frames.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and life safety checks on commercial buildings.
• Estimate repairs for quotes when necessary.
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors, as necessary.
• Work as a team on large-scale projects.
• Be available to respond to emergencies during on-call rotation.
• Complete all work orders and documentation accurately and promptly.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and office staff.
