Job summary

ValuFlor, Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a Sales Account Manager–Builder to cultivate and expand builder relationships onsite. You will prospect, generate leads, prepare bids, and coordinate with project and installation teams to meet client needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining regular client communication, tracking milestones, maintaining accurate sales records, and representing ValuFlor at meetings and site visits across the Atlanta area.

Qualifications

• Strong account management and customer service skills.
• Experience in lead generation and business development within construction, flooring, or related industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of construction processes, flooring products, and project estimating is beneficial.
• Willingness to conduct regular builder and jobsite visits in the Atlanta area.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and maintaining accurate sales documentation.
• Relevant experience in sales or account management; flooring/ construction background is a plus.
