Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales-related experience.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and CRM proficiency.
• Industry experience in flooring or commercial interiors is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify profitable sales opportunities and achieve sales forecasts.
• Travel daily throughout the assigned area to call on customers and prospects.
• Develop strategic plans to generate forecasted sales revenue in the territory.
• Maintain CRM records (e.g., Salesforce.com) with customer and project data.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to select products.
• Manage expenses within the budget and prepare timely expense reports.
