Job summary

ECOLAB's EcoSure division seeks a Brand Protection Advisor to join our Brownsville, TX team. You will conduct on-site brand protection visits, provide coaching and insights to enhance food safety, guest experience, and operational excellence for hospitality and other client sites.

As part of our field team, you will identify risks, align with brand standards, and drive continuous improvement, with occasional evenings, weekends, and up to 25% overnight travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of hospitality industry-related experience.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
• Bachelor's degree in culinary, hospitality or business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct brand protection visits at client locations using a foundation of consulting, coaching, and training to meet client expectations and protect brand and guest experience.
• Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings, areas of improvement, and recommendations to client leadership.
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
• Complete a budgeted number of visits each week, delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Utilize an iPad, Microsoft Suite, and CRM technology to plan and perform job functions.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines (where applicable) while visiting client sites.
