Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager to lead branch operations and sales on-site in Washington.

You will support talent acquisition, development, and retention, while partnering with the Branch Manager to drive profitability and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a similar leadership role, knowledge of inventory control, procurement, and order processing, and a commitment to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Support the talent acquisition, development, and retention of branch staff.
• Direct branch in absence of Branch Manager; help drive branch sales and profitability.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory, shipping/receiving, warehousing, and sales per policy.
• Resolve branch issues; investigate damaged items, overcharges, and delivery delays.
• Manage inventory discrepancies and adjustments.
• Serve customers; support counter and inside sales; ensure orders billed correctly; schedule staff; analyze budgets.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Vehicle operation required; MVR check; acceptable MVR required.
