Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition, development, and retention of branch sales and operations associates.
• Manage the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager and help develop strategies to drive sales and profitability.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory control, shipping/receiving, warehousing, and sales per policy.
• Resolve branch-level issues, investigate inventory discrepancies, and adjust resources as needed.
• Serve customers and support counter/inside sales; ensure orders are billed correctly and on time; schedule staff and monitor budgets.
• Typically 5+ years of experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Operate a company or personal vehicle; MVR check required and must be acceptable.
