Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience required in a management or supervisory role in a branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Support talent development and retention of branch sales and operations staff.
• Manage the branch in the Manager's absence and help drive sales and profitability.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory control, shipping/receiving, warehousing, and sales per company policies.
• Investigate customer complaints and resolve issues including damaged items, overcharges, delays.
• Oversee branch-level operations, inventory discrepancies, and adjustments.
• Serve customers and support counter/inside sales; ensure correct and timely billing; schedule staff and review budgets.
