Job summary

Ever Clean Gutter Systems LLC in Lexington, KY is seeking an experienced bookkeeper for a 32.5-hour weekday schedule on-site, with a direct path to full-time hours as our regional expansion continues.

You will manage daily QuickBooks Online processing across two entities, handle AR/AP, reconciliations, payroll, and support office administration while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and financial data accuracy.
• A genuine interest in delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily QuickBooks Online processing across two entities, including AR/AP, bank and credit card reconciliations, and payroll processing.
• Late afternoon phone coverage: assist handling inbound customer inquiries.
• Office administration: support daily business administration alongside management.
