Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records.
• Manage daily accounting using QuickBooks and company CRM software.
• Perform bank and escrow account reconciliations.
• Process utility bills, vendor invoices, and operating expenses.
• Manage accounts payable and payment tracking.
• Assist with owner distributions and financial reporting.
• Resolve discrepancies and maintain organized financial documentation.
