Job summary

Dahl Consulting is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper for a contract-to-hire, on-site role in Bloomington, MN. You will manage day-to-day accounting activities, support financial reporting, and help transition additional functions in-house.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel. NetSuite ERP experience is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or junior accounting experience.
• Experience with AP/AR, payroll, and account reconciliations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Manage payroll processing and related reporting.
• Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Support month-end close activities and reporting.
• Enter and review accounting transactions in NetSuite.
• Assist budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and reporting initiatives.
