Qualifications

• Experience as Site Superintendent in HVAC or mechanical construction.
• OSHA 30 and First Aid Card required.
• Strong communication and coordination of multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site leader for all construction activities related to boiler replacement.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, trades, and material deliveries.
• Develop, review, and enforce site-specific safety plans.
• Ensure compliance with all base access requirements, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with project managers, subcontractors, and base personnel.
• Track daily progress, maintain logs, and provide regular updates and reports.
• Identify and resolve field issues to keep the project on schedule.
• Uphold quality control standards and verify proper installation practices.
