SemiConX is seeking a skilled BIM Designer to join our Boise team. You’ll create and coordinate multi-discipline 3D BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP scopes, producing construction-ready shop drawings from BIM.

You’ll run clash detection, drive resolution with project partners, and mentor teammates on Dynamo tips to boost productivity. Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience as BIM Designer or similar BIM-centric role.
• Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Dynamo.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• English fluency in speaking and writing.

Responsabilités

• Own the creation, curation, and coordination of multi-discipline 3D BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP scopes.
• Run clash detection, drive resolution with project partners, and document agreed changes within the model.
• Translate design intent into construction-ready documentation and shop drawings derived from BIM.
• Champion project standards, codes, and best practices to keep model outputs consistent and reliable.
• Maintain organized BIM files, families, and data sets; manage updates throughout design, construction, and renovation phases.
• Serve as a technical resource—troubleshoot model issues and provide BIM-focused training and guidance to the team.
