Job summary

You will coordinate with architects and engineers, perform clash detection, prepare construction documents from BIM models, and support design development through renovation phases.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong Revit/Navisworks skills, and excellent communication to work under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Proven experience as a BIM Designer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and Dynamo.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Coordinate clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM model.
• Assist in creating construction documentation and shop drawings from BIM models.
• Provide BIM support during design development, construction, and renovation phases.
