Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing is assisting a client in Boise, ID to fill an on-site BIM Coordinator role for large commercial and semiconductor construction projects. The position emphasizes BIM/VDC coordination, clash detection, and model integration using Revit and Navisworks Manage.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BIM coordination on construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Experience coordinating MEP, structural, and architectural building systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination efforts throughout project execution.
• Develop, maintain, and update Revit models for commercial projects.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks Manage.
• Coordinate LOD 400 and LOD 500 models across disciplines.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary coordination and model federation activities.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings with project teams.
• Review construction documents and identify constructability issues.
• Resolve model conflicts and provide construction-ready models for field execution.
• Support field coordination throughout the construction process.
• Assist project teams with BIM deliverables and model updates.
