Job summary

SemiConX is seeking a BIM Designer to develop, coordinate, and manage detailed 3D BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP systems. This is an on-site role based in Boise, Idaho.

You will create and maintain accurate BIM models, run clash detection workflows, and produce construction documents derived from coordinated models. Success requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD/Dynamo skills, and excellent teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a BIM Designer (or equivalent).
• Fluency with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, and related BIM tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models (architecture, structure, MEP).
• Run clash detection workflows and drive issue resolution.
• Produce construction documents and shop drawings from coordinated models.
