Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems in Exton, PA is seeking a Clinical Services Support specialist to help clients access services, handle referrals, schedule evaluations, support prescribers, and maintain compliant records. This on-site role is Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–6:30 pm.

High school diploma and at least one year of experience in medical, mental health, or professional office settings with data entry and customer service are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in a medical, mental health, or professional office setting with customer service and data entry responsibilities.
• HIPAA compliance awareness is expected.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals and verify insurance eligibility accurately.
• Input and manage referral information in the electronic health record system.
• Maintain client records and ensure timely, compliant documentation.
