Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Dearborn ABA Center. You will conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, and supervise RBTs to deliver high-quality care for children with autism.

The role involves parent training, caregiver consultations, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, with a focus on structured clinical duties and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification and MI licensure required.
• Full-time, on-site position in Dearborn, MI.
• Caseload of 8–12 children with autism spectrum disorder.
• Schedule: 9:00 AM–7:30 PM, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior plans.
• Provide case supervision of RBTs/BTs.
• Deliver parent training and caregiver consultations as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams.
• Ensure accurate documentation per payor and agency guidelines.
