Technology Partners is seeking a talented B2B Systems Support Specialist to help with monitoring, escalation, and issue resolution for our B2B customers. The role involves working directly with retailers, distributors, and business partners and will be seated on the client's campus in Missouri.

You will provide system-related activities, log issues in the ticketing system, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective problem resolution while promoting best practices

Competenze

• Experience providing system-related activities in support of B2B customers.
• Proficiency in monitoring, coordination, escalation, and issue resolution processes.
• Ability to work with external business partners (retailers, distributors).
• Experience logging issues in a ticketing system and proactively monitoring items.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues over phone and email.
• Experience providing consultation and problem resolution to customers and 3rd party providers.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to utilize multiple software systems and tools.
