Job summary

Woolpert, Inc. invites an entry-level Construction Manager to join our Aviation National team in Denver, CO. This role reports on-site to DEN daily, supporting construction of public and private aviation infrastructure alongside engineers, PMs, and leadership.

The candidate should have 0–3+ years of construction experience, a related degree is preferred, and MS Office skills are required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction Management is highly desirable.
• 0-3+ years of construction experience.
• Experience with paving/asphalt, earthwork, stormwater, electrical, and runway/taxi way edge lighting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Increase responsibilities to perform on-site construction management duties.
• Analyze and solve problems independently.
• Review construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Document on-site construction activities and progress reports.
• Ensure inspections follow contract protocols and Woolpert procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to resolve issues.
