Job summary

Woolpert is seeking an experienced Architecture Program Manager to join our National Aviation Team in Denver. This role leads large-scale, multi-year infrastructure and airport projects, representing the client and coordinating design and construction efforts through to closeout.

You will oversee PM staff, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure quality across disciplines while navigating aviation-specific requirements at DEN. On-site work is required with periodic travel to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of construction management or project management experience.
• Experience with aviation projects and airport coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Revit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as owner’s representative on large-scale, multi-year programs and coordinate stakeholders.
• Lead and supervise program management staff including field engineers and construction managers.
• Coordinate with clients and leadership to align goals, communicate expectations, and implement changes.
• Track and manage budget; review change orders and support closeout documents.
• Track schedule milestones and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Monitor materials and workmanship for quality and compliance with specs.
• Coordinate with contractors on submittals, RFIs, and changes; resolve issues.
• Review design documents to ensure client requirements are met and maintain as-built records.
• Support airport coordination and understand airport-specific requirements.
