Job summary

Apex Multifamily seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead aviation construction projects at Denver International Airport (DEN). You will plan, coordinate, and execute complex projects with strong focus on regulatory compliance, documentation, and timely delivery.

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience, familiarity with airport authorities and FAA guidelines, and ability to manage MWBE/DBE participation. Proficiency in Procore and Primavera is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of construction project management experience, aviation/airport experience preferred.
• Experience with airport authorities or aviation clients.
• Strong understanding of public contracting, FAA regulations, and municipal compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout at DEN airport projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and logistics in a regulated airport environment.
• Coordinate phasing plans to minimize disruption to ongoing airport operations.
• Serve as liaison with DEN officials, aviation authorities, operations, security and tenants.
• Administer contracts per FAA guidelines, Denver requirements, and airport standards.
• Maintain audit-ready project documentation (submittals, RFIs, change orders, pay apps).
• Identify, onboard, and manage MWBE/DBE subcontractors to meet project goals.
