Job summary

Apex Multifamily Builders is seeking a Construction Project Manager – Aviation to lead complex DEN airport projects. You will plan, coordinate, and execute construction in a regulated airport environment, ensuring compliance with FAA and city standards while managing schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of construction project management experience, aviation/airport project experience preferred.
• Experience with airport authorities or aviation clients.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and municipal compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout on active airport projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and logistics plans in a highly regulated, operational airport environment.
• Coordinate phasing plans to minimize disruption to ongoing airport operations.
• Serve as the primary liaison with DEN officials, aviation authorities, operations, security, and tenants.
• Attend and lead OAC meetings and airport coordination meetings.
