Job summary

Woolpert is seeking an entry-level Aviation Construction Manager in Denver, CO to join our national aviation team. You will support on-site construction management at DEN, assist with inspections, document activities, and coordinate with diverse teams to ensure quality and compliance.

Visa sponsorship is not offered; work authorization is required. Ideal candidates possess a construction-related degree and 0–3 years of experience, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent in a relevant field is highly desirable.
• 0–3+ years of construction experience.
• Experience with paving/asphalt, earthwork, stormwater, electrical, runway/taxiway edge lighting is desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Increase responsibilities to perform on-site construction management duties.
• Analyze and solve problems independently.
• Document on-site construction activities and inspections.
• Ensure inspections align with contract protocols and plans.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams; produce daily/weekly reports.
