McCann Systems LLC is seeking an Audiovisual Technician to join our on-site team in Massachusetts. The role covers day-to-day AV system installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and client support, under the supervision of the Lead Technician and project manager.

Responsibilities include reading and interpreting drawings, maintaining cable management, rack building, and coordinating with clients and contractors to ensure successful project completion across corporate, educational,

Qualifications

• Experience with audiovisual system installation and integration.
• Ability to read and implement system designs and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation and integration of AV systems in corporate, educational, or commercial environments
• Configure and deploy AV systems including displays, projectors, control systems (Crestron/Extron), audio DSPs, and conferencing solutions
• Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning under the direction of the Lead Technician and project manager
• Work as part of the field team, following direction from the Lead Technician during installation phases
• Interact professionally with clients and general contractors on site, and pass questions or issues to the Lead Technician or project manager when needed
