Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong technical skills related to installation and maintenance of multimedia, audio/video, security, and automation systems.
• Proficient in running, terminating, labeling structured cabling and basic network connectivity.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving to diagnose equipment and connectivity issues on-site.
• Clear communication and customer service to work with clients and teammates.
• Time management and organization to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, with documentation.
• Relevant experience in low-voltage, AV, or security system installation is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in electronics, networking, or AV/security are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in varied environments, lift and carry equipment, and follow safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to Austin job sites are beneficial.

Responsibilities
