Role Description

The Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX. This position is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining multimedia, audio/video, security, and automation systems at residential and commercial client sites. Day-to-day tasks include running and terminating structured cabling, mounting and wiring equipment, performing system testing and troubleshooting, and ensuring clean, orderly installations that meet company standards. The Technician will interact with clients on-site to explain system features, address basic questions, and coordinate with project managers and other team members to complete jobs on schedule. The role also involves documenting work performed, maintaining tools and inventory, and following safety procedures and company policies.
