Job summary

stow is seeking a Site Manager to lead on-site project activities from mobilization through commissioning and final acceptance for automated material handling systems. You will coordinate across engineering, controls, commissioning, subcontractors, and customer stakeholders, drive safety, sprint schedules, and budget targets while ensuring high quality and timely delivery.

Travel will vary and is expected to average 60 to 90% across the year, reflecting the project lifecycle and customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years in site management, construction, or industrial installation.
• Experience with automated material handling systems or robotics.
• Proven leadership of field teams and subcontractors.
• Travel percentage averages 60–90% across the year.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site project activities from mobilization through commissioning and demobilization.
• Manage installation and integration of automated systems (shuttles, conveyors, AS/RS, robotics).
• Drive daily execution to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Act as the on-site decision maker and escalation point.
