Job summary
Greenheck Group is seeking an Automation & Controls Technician II/III to troubleshoot electrical circuits, electromechanical systems, and automated CNC/motion control systems at our Schofield, WI location. You will support PM scheduling, document work in CMMS, and participate in weekly on-call rotations to ensure rapid on-site responses.
Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of related experience or an associate degree in Electromechanical, Electronics, or Automation, plus safety-focused problem
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in industrial equipment, power distribution, and automation in a manufacturing environment required.
- 2 Year / associate degree in Electromechanical, Electronics, Automation, or a related field or equivalent years of job experience required.
- Full awareness and understanding of all electrical hazards and mitigation techniques.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot electrical circuits and electromechanical systems.
- Coordinate PMs and maintenance with production and mechanics.
- Respond to on-site support within 2 hours; participate in weekend on-call rotation.
- Document work in CMMS and shift reports; maintain asset records and drawings.
- Assist in projects management from start to finish.
