Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a Project Manager I/II to lead automation and manufacturing initiatives. You will manage projects from planning to delivery, collaborating across manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers. Strong communication and leadership will drive success in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 2–6 years in PM, a 4-year degree, and familiarity with PM methodologies; PMP/CAPM is a plus. On-site work in Schofield, WI is expected. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of project/program management experience in manufacturing or automation.
• 4-year degree in project management, business, or equivalent.
• Ability to manage full lifecycle projects with planning, risk, and delivery.
• Familiar with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies; proficient with scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• PMP or CAPM certification is a plus but not required.
• Interest in automation, robotics, or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, sourcing, logistics, and vendors.
• Track tasks, identify risks/issues, and elevate as needed.
• Provide clear project updates to stakeholders and executives.
• Support milestones from planning and design reviews to FAT/SAT.
• Contribute to framework development and standardization across projects.
• Coach and develop junior team members and promote PM maturity.
