Greenheck Group is seeking a Project Manager I/II to drive low-to-mid level automation projects in the Machine Development Center at our Schofield, WI site. You will own the full lifecycle from planning to close-out and help enhance MDC’s project management framework.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to risk and issue management, with a focus on delivering on time and within budget.

Competenze

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Project or Program Management, preferably within manufacturing or automation environments.
• Bachelor's degree in project management or related field.
• Proven experience managing full project lifecycle with planning, execution, risk management and delivery.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies and tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Bird View, Jira.

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of low to mid-level automation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives on scope, timeline and budget.
• Track tasks, identify risks and issues, and escalate as appropriate.
• Prepare and present clear project updates to stakeholders and support project milestones (planning, FAT, SAT).
