Job summary

WINSYSTEMS Inc. is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead purchasing and supply chain operations at our Grand Prairie, Texas corporate headquarters. The role focuses on supplier relationships, material planning, procurement, inventory performance, and cost control to support electronics manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will strengthen supplier performance, develop supply chain talent, align purchasing with production needs, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5-7 yrs. experience in a lead purchasing role focused on electronics components.
• Experience with brokers, distributors and OEM component manufacturers.
• Familiarity with MRP systems (SAP/Sage/Syspro/Made to Manage) and Excel; VB coding a plus.
• Strong negotiation, budgeting, and supplier performance management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing according to demand and forecast; secure best pricing.
• Manage supplier relationships, vendor terms, risk, and continuity of supply.
• Develop KPIs and reports on purchasing performance and inventory.
• Lead continuous improvement, cost reduction, and process optimization.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on forecasting, ordering, and delivery.
