On Location in Morgantown, WV is seeking an Account Manager to provide dedicated athletic travel support for university partners. You will deliver high-touch service to coaches, student-athletes, staff, and guests, coordinating complex single and group travel with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general office PC-based programs, including Microsoft Office 365.
• Understanding of GDS reservation systems, Sabre, preferred though not required.
• Strong judgement and decision-making skills.
• Ability to produce accurate work under stress of ticketing deadlines.
• Fast thinking and professional customer service skills.
• Exceptional verbal and communication skills.
• High efficiency in task management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Handle vacation coverages for on-site schools.
• Arrange all aspects of athletic travel including domestic/international air, hotel, and car bookings.
• Arrange group travel including group air, hotel blocks, and charters.
• Calculate and perform exchanges for group and individual travel.
• Understand airline policies and preferred bus/hotel programs.
• Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers via phone and email.
