The Account Manager role provides athletic travel support for universities, serving coaches, athletes, and staff, with fully remote work within the United States.

The position requires Sabre GDS proficiency, travel booking experience (air, hotel, car), and strong customer service, with attention to deadlines and multi-tasking.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Sabre GDS with preferred five years travel agency experience.
• Air, car, and hotel booking experience.
• Knowledge of airline exchanges, and pricing records (individual and group).
• Knowledge of MS Office 365 or similar office tools.
• Strong judgement and decision-making skills.
• Ability to produce accurate work under ticketing deadlines.
• Fast thinking and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Punctuality and reliability in attendance.

Responsibilities

• Arrange all elements of athletic travel for individuals: air, hotel, car.
• Coordinate group travel: group air, hotel blocks, and bus bookings.
• Process exchanges for group and individual travel domestically and internationally.
• Manage invoicing for group hotels and buses, meeting monthly deadlines.
• Understand airline benefits and preferred bus/hotel programs.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Support Regional Manager with administrative tasks across schools.
