• Apply Anthony Travel airline policies and preferred bus/hotel programmes.
• Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers by phone and email.

About the Role

The Account Manager provides dedicated athletic travel support for the university, delivering a high level of personal service to coaches, student-athletes, staff members and guests of the department. The role covers both individual and team travel arrangements, including air, hotel and ground transport bookings, along with exchanges and day-to-day customer service. The position is on-site and based in Morgantown, WV, and the ideal candidate is dependable and punctual, with a passion for extensive teamwork and a professional background built on strong customer service within, but not limited to, the hospitality and travel industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle vacation coverage for one-person onsite schools.
• Arrange all aspects of athletic individual travel, including GDS domestic and international air, hotel and car bookings.
• Arrange all aspects of athletic team travel, including group contract air, group hotel block and charter bus bookings.
• Calculate and perform exchanges for group and individual travel, both domestic and international.
• Apply Anthony Travel group airline policies.
• Apply Anthony Travel preferred bus and hotel programmes.
• Provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers via phone and email correspondence.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Knowledge of general office PC-based programs, including Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong judgement and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to produce accurate work under the stress of ticketing deadlines.
• Fast thinking and professional customer service skills.
• Exceptional verbal and communication skills.
• High efficiency in task management, prioritisation and organisation.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of GDS reservation systems, specifically Sabre (preferred though not required).
