Responsibilities

• Handle vacation coverage for one-person onsite schools.
• Arrange all aspects of athletic travel (GDS domestic/international air, hotel, car).
• Coordinate group travel: group air, group hotel blocks and charter bus bookings.
• Calculate and perform exchanges for group and individual travel.
• Apply Anthony Travel airline policies and preferred bus/hotel programmes.
• Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers by phone and email.
