Job summary

IntelliPro Group Inc. in Omaha, NE; Associate Project Manager position on a 100% on-site contract from Jul 27, 2026 to Dec 20, 2026. Lead capital and compliance-driven projects within the Power and Controls group.

You will coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, environmental, ROW, and construction teams, support budgeting and scheduling, and monitor project execution to meet scope and budget goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Experience managing capital projects and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with natural gas, industrial facilities, or electrical/controls projects is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital and compliance-driven projects within the Power and Controls group from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, environmental, ROW, and construction stakeholders; support cost estimating and budgeting; schedule development and tracking.
• Maintain project documentation and provide clear status updates; identify risks and communicate mitigation plans.
• Depending on experience, function as Associate Project Manager or Project Manager delivering a mix of project execution and construction coordination duties.
