Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of customer service experience, with strong Excel and Outlook skills and excellent communication. French language ability and SAP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately and follow established processes.
• Collaborate with external customers to address inquiries regarding orders, products, returns, shipping status, and account matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Credit, Field Operations, and Shipping.
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of customer interactions and order updates.
• Adhere to safety rules, quality standards, and company policies.
• Assist with department tasks and cross-functional projects.
