Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in Human Services or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of supporting individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities.
• Ability to deliver training and follow individualized support plans.
• Reliable transportation to the Springfield, MO site.
