Job summary

EPC Services Company, a leading power/utility engineering consultant and construction firm, seeks an assistant project manager for an in-office, full-time role in Portland, OR. You will support multiple project managers with documentation, reporting, and coordination across construction activities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of relevant experience or an associate degree; a bachelor's in related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years direct experience or a two-year degree required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology or related field preferred.
• Travel willingness and driving ability; eligible to insured to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Handle and file project docs; assemble construction documents; prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
• Prepare project reports and document tracking logs; manage purchase orders.
• Provide construction overview, material receiving documentation, quality and safety records.
• Support client relations and project financial controls; travel for assignments.
