Job summary

Elizabeth Seton Center, Inc. in Pittsburgh is hiring on-site Assistant Early Childhood Teachers for Whitehall and Brookline locations. Full and Part Time positions are available to support lead teachers in daily classroom activities.

You will help implement curriculum, assist with supervising and guiding young learners, and contribute to a warm, nurturing environment that fosters growth and safety for children.

Qualifications

• Experience working with or caring for children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Knowledge of child development principles is a plus
• Patience, compassion, and a love for working with children
• Must be 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or GED
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead teacher in day-to-day classroom activities
