Job summary

DeHart Asphalt Maintenance, LLC in Apache Junction, AZ is seeking a seasoned Asphalt Maintenance Superintendent to oversee daily field operations on our roads and lots. Qualifications

• Experience supervising asphalt paving and seacoating; ability to plan daily field operations.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt maintenance techniques, materials, equipment, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, site plans and specifications to ensure quality.
• Proven leadership to direct crews and coordinate with management and clients.
• Problem-solving, time management, and decision-making in a fast-paced field environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; operate trucks and light equipment as needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and be on site throughout the day.
• Experience in asphalt maintenance, paving or construction supervision; OSHA training is a plus.
