Job summary

Loveland Excavating is seeking an Asphalt Superintendent to oversee asphalt projects and crews on-site. You will coordinate with the Project Manager and customers to hit timelines and budgets while ensuring safety and delivering a first-class product.

Responsibilities include leading daily meetings, supervising field personnel, reviewing project scope, and maintaining equipment and materials to keep jobs on track and compliant with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field crews on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
• Ability to review project scope, materials, time, and equipment.
• Excellent communication with PMs, customers, and crews.

Responsibilities

• Be on site at scheduled start time and direct the crew.
• Coordinate with PM and customer to meet timelines and budgets.
• Lead daily 10/10 meetings and weekly Toolbox Talks.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper PPE on site.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and report progress to PM.
