• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and be on site throughout the day.
• Experience in asphalt maintenance, paving or construction supervision; OSHA training is a plus.

The Asphalt Maintenance Superintendent is a full-time, on-site role based in Apache Junction, AZ. This position oversees daily asphalt maintenance operations, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating crews for projects such as sealcoating, crack filling, patching, and striping. The superintendent monitors job progress, ensures work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards, and manages equipment and material usage on each site. Responsibilities include communicating with project managers and clients, resolving on-site issues, and updating stakeholders on timelines and project status. • Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and to be present on job sites throughout the workday.
• Previous experience in asphalt maintenance, paving, construction supervision, or a related field; formal training or certifications in construction or safety (e.g., OSHA) are a plus.
